Stille Fanfare

As you can already gather from their name, it’s all about a silent fanfare or silent brass band: seven mobile musicians do everything ... except make music. Fully decorated in costumes complete with 'instruments', the silent brass band marches by without playing a note. Beyond the rhythm of the footsteps of the band members, there isn't a sound. At the head of the parade is the Major-General who as maitre-tambour leads the company with a steady step into the streets, into shops or around people. Suddenly the silent brass band starts following people that are unaware of their new role as leader of the band.... You’re sure to be surprised by the actions and interactions the group has in store for you. The silent brass band is a musical assembly that ensures that the public at festivals, manifestations and random get togethers is pleasantly disoriented.
